• The shipping cost is calculated as per the delivery address and the lowest possible rate will be shared with you on checkout. The shipping is not built into the cost of the product.

• Order is dispatched in 2 to 3 working days from the date of ordering, provided it does not require any special  personalisation.

• Our dispatch timelines are product specific. Products that are personalised are often made to order once we receive information from you.

•  Personalised/Customised stuff will take at least 7 days to dispatch from the date of ordering, provided we have all the information required from you.

•  Food items are made to order and prepared fresh specially for you. All snacking items take 5-7 working days for dispatch from the date of ordering.

• Delivery time for orders depends on the location, but usually takes about 3-4 working days.

• Being a young company, we are presently only shipping in India. We are constantly trying to expand in every way, including global shipping, and will keep you posted when we are ready. • We work extra hard to curate our boxes to include items that can work for most Mummas. Additionally, they are always high-quality, effective and crafted with care. The website also provides detailed descriptions of most of the items in the boxes and offers options for certain products.

• Mumkin has a strict no return or refunds policy across the website.

• This also means that all the products you receive are – Brand New, Original, Sealed and of High quality.

• We will be happy to replace any item that is damaged on arrival or missing. Free of cost, of course!

• Our food products have been processed in a facility that may manufacture products that contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, oats, barley, mustard, sesame, dairy, soy and may contain traces of the above. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

• As each of our food items is unique from the other, please check the individual product information for more details like allergen info, shelf life and nutritional values.

Note: We believe in curating the packages in a way to surely bring a smile to your face. We shall pick the best suitable size for you depending on the products chosen. Our boxes come with a ribbon, a personalised card etc
